The Saltworks

The Saltworks is an integral part of the vision here at RCM. Light represents our works; visible so that man may see our good works and glorify our Father in Heaven (Matt 5). Salt is like the Word, effectively working for change from the inside out. Salt works!

This particular arm serves as a resource centre both for the local assembly and the body of Christ as a whole. The saints need equipping and we desire to provide that equipping through the means mentioned below. Still in it's infancy, the Saltworks is seeking to network with other organisations throughout the world in order to give this part of the vineyard access to materials they desire and so desperately need.

Sourcing and stocking relevant teaching and training materials on an on-going basis:
There is terrific material we would like to make available. For example: Seminar leader's guides; student workbooks; presentation material; overhead and data projector slides and the like. We support and work with the such ministries as;

•  Family Foundations International
•  Alpha course
•  Marriage Ministries International
•  World Teach
•  Christ's Hope International and, perhaps, YOU!

Book store: We would like to be a stockist of Christian books, DVD's, CD.'S. and the like.

Lending library of resources, books and teachings

Reference polices and procedures for each department, discipline procedure, administration policies, evaluation procedures, job descriptions, commitment forms and the like.

House and monitor movement of equipment:
Data projectors, overhead projectors, television, video/DVD recorder, white board, flip chart stand paper and pens, music and catering equipment.  

Stocking and distribution of office stationery
Develop relevant networking relationships
Communication and marketing
